Класс объединяет этапы создания словаря и корпуса, обучение Word2Vec, обучение LDA, построение TF-IDF индекса для поиска по документам, визуализацию тем, вычисление когерентности, сравнение моделей по количеству тем и демонстрацию классификации нового документа. Запуск и выводы
В блоке if name == ‘main’ создается экземпляр пайплайна, выполняется полный набор шагов, сравниваются модели и запускается пример семантического поиска. В конце выводятся ключевые метрики: когерентность, размер словаря и размер векторов Word2Vec.
Практические рекомендации
- Используйте реальный и более крупный корпус для адекватных тем и плотных эмбеддингов.
- Экспериментируйте с числом тем и оценивайте баланс когерентности и перплексии.
- Для более качественного семантического поиска рассмотрите использование dense embeddings (Sentence-BERT, Doc2Vec) вместо TF-IDF.
- Визуализация помогает интерпретировать и корректировать предобработку.
